1. Age Restriction
TrafficJam™ is intended exclusively for licensed drivers aged 18 and older. The app is not designed for, directed at, or intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly allow minors to access or use the app.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE Content
TrafficJam LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content that involves, depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This includes but is not limited to:
- Any imagery, text, or media depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors
- Solicitation or grooming of minors
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any content that sexualizes minors in any way
Any user found sharing, soliciting, or distributing such content will be immediately blocked, their content will be removed, and the matter will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
3. In-App Safety Features
TrafficJam™ provides multiple safety mechanisms to protect users and enforce our community standards:
- Report: Users can report inappropriate messages directly within any chat. All reports are reviewed and acted upon.
- Block: Users can block any other user. Blocked users are permanently hidden and cannot interact with the blocking user across any jam.
- Community Guidelines: All users must acknowledge community guidelines that explicitly prohibit harmful, abusive, and illegal content.
- Ephemeral Messages: All messages are automatically deleted when traffic clears or after 30 minutes, reducing the persistence of any harmful content.
- Anonymous by Design: The app does not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or real names, which limits the ability for predatory contact or grooming behavior.
4. Content Moderation
TrafficJam LLC monitors reported content and takes swift action against violations. Our moderation process includes:
- Reviewing all user-submitted reports
- Removing content that violates our community guidelines or this policy
- Blocking users who engage in prohibited behavior
- Reporting illegal content to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by law
